Refund & Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exempt Items:
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods, including socks or insoles
- Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Required Documentation:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Important Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Shoes that show obvious signs of use
- Shoes that have been worn outdoors
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not related to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received the returned item. We’ll also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for the refund to appear).
- Contact your bank (they may have processing delays).

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same pair of shoes, please email us at humkadam056@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver, who will then be notified of the return.
Shipping Returns:
To return your product, please mail it to:

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you’re returning an expensive pair of shoes, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
